The Milwaukee Brewers close out a three game set in the Peach State as they face the struggling Atlanta Braves Thursday night. Milwaukee took the opening game of the series with a 2-1 victory Tuesday night by scoring the winning run in the top of the eighth inning. The pitching matchup for the middle game of the series Wednesday night was expected to be Junior Guerra for the Brewers and Mike Foltynewicz for the Braves.
